Hortense Post Office

This is a US Post Office in Hortense. Hortense is an unincorporated community in Brantley County, Georgia. Established in the 19th century as a timber and turpentine town, it flourished when railroads intersected it in 1902 and later became the site of a Georgia State Prison Camp in the 1930s.
