Providence School (historical)

Providence Elementary School was a one-room schoolhouse established in 1905 in the western part of Liberty County, Georgia, approximately eight miles from Hinesville. It was staffed with only one teacher. In the 1920s, it was closed down due to Liberty county's effort of consolidating smaller schools.
