Sweetfield Church

Baptist church in Pin Point, a historic community founded in 1896 by African-American freedmen. The church has its roots in another place of worship, Hinder Me Not, which had served the community prior to the Civil War. Sweetfield of Eden became both a spiritual center and a school for the families and children of Pin Point following its establishment.
