The Episcopal Church of St Paul the Apostle
Saint Paul is an Episcopal Church that was established in 1857. The original building was used as a military hospital when Union troops occupied Savannah; it was lost to a fire two years later. A new sanctuary, the one that now stands on Abercorn and 34th, opened its doors in 1907. Savannah resident Mrs. Eliza Clinch was an influential patron of the building project.
