William Mizell Sr. House

The two-story Classical Revival frame house was built in 1917 and is also known as the Susie Fleming/Helen Sarbacher Property. Mizzell was a businessman who operated sawmills and established the Citizens' Bank in Folkston. This site is on the National Register of Historical Places.
