Woodbine Historic District

Historic district and county seat of Camden County with a population of about 1,000 residents. Its name refers to a plantation that existed before Woodbine's incorporation as a town in 1908. The construction of the Atlantic Coastal Highway favored population growth, and Woodbine was reincorporated as a city in 1953. This site is on the National Register of Historical Places.
